PolyElectrix is a electro prog rock project that has odd meter grooves with heavy guitars riffs, layered synths, and vocals with expression.
In 2019 PolyElectrix was created by Miguel Parsons that started from live looping recording jam sessions, which eventually led to song arrangements and finally a record. The music was recorded at ‘The Jam room” stuido in Tallahassee, Fl. Mastered in 2022 at Baker mastering company.
Born In Tallahassee, FL and raised in the country of Chattahoochee Parsons excelled in football and baseball. He grew up with music and started his music career as a drummer when he was 18 working in original bands like Chemical distance , Unit 14 , and Fractal and by 19 was playing gigs full time in cover bands, opening up for acts such as , Buddy Guy, B.B king , Atlanta rhythm Section,Faith Hill, The Neville Brothers , foghat and many more!
Parsons has recorded at sweet water studios and has played on numerous recordings with different styles of music. after spending time in the studio Parsons started to branch off into other instruments where he found a voice and the love for different kind of musical expressions using the color of sound and elements, where PolyElectrix was born.
